For Digital Voucher redemption, the e-voucher will be sent to the email address registered under the bank’s system. The fulfillment code will be emailed by DCR MARKETING SDN BHD (evoucher@dcr.com.my). Kindly check your inbox, including your spam or junk mail folder.

*The dynamic PIN is valid for 20 minutes. Please refresh your Gift Card in case it has expired
*Please do not take a printout of the Gift Card code and PIN as the PIN is dynamic in nature with a validity of 20 minutes
*Redeemable solely for electrical appliances, electronic devices and accessories only, up to the stated voucher value.
*For amounts exceeding the voucher's value, the holder will bear the extra cost.
*Exclusions apply: Voucher is not applicable to Installation Fees, Home Delivery Charges, Courier Charges, Membership Fees, Utilities, and any other unspecified charges or services.
*A valid Senheng membership is required to utilize this voucher.
*This voucher is redeemable only once and cannot be exchanged for cash, either fully or partially.
*Multiple Senheng vouchers can be redeemed in a single transaction.
*Being a bearer v+D18:D19oucher, Senheng holds the right to honor it upon presentation.

How to Redeem
Step 1: Visit SENHENG/senQ physical store
Step 2: At cashier counter, click on the URL voucher code link given
Step 3: Click on “Accept eGift Card” button
Step 4: Enter your mobile number in the field request - Link Senheng eGift Card to mobile number
Step 5: Enter OTP sent to the mobile number for verification purpose
Step 6: Click on “View Code” to display Senheng eGift Card Code & Barcode Code - show cashier to redeem the voucher value
