For Digital Voucher redemption, the e-voucher will be sent to the email address registered under the bank’s system. The fulfillment code will be emailed by DCR MARKETING SDN BHD (evoucher@dcr.com.my). Kindly check your inbox, including your spam or junk mail folder.

1. This e-voucher is only valid with purchases at TBM outlets.
2. Please present the original e-voucher upon making payment. Photocopies will not be accepted.
3. This e-voucher is not renewable and non-refundable for cash.
4. This e-voucher is not replaceable; no claims will be entertained for lost e-vouchers.
5. If the e-voucher value exceeds the product price, no cash refund shall be given.
6. TBM reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without any prior notice.
How To Redeem
Step 1: Present your mobile device with an open gift e-voucher to the merchant staff. Merchant staff to click on “Enter Merchant Pin “ button to input the merchant pin to complete the redemption process. Screenshots and printed copies of e-vouchers will not be accepted.
